Unit had to be cleaned before I could use it. Trash, screws, paperclips, broken glass, and sticky floor spills all had to be dealt with before I could move my things in.

The individuals helping with the units were very helpful and the online renting and payment a breeze. I wish I would have know about the construction going on because it made it very difficult getting a big truck in. Great that thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s lighting in every unit. A little out of the way, but worth it.

I booked and paid online. When I went to move into my unit I found the unit, I found the unit was already locked. I phoned the customer service line. After 4 more tries on different units, 2 which were bathrooms that were listed as available units we were able to find a empty unit. The customer service did an excellent job helping me out. The units are very dirty inside. Take a broom along to sweep it out!!
